2) Graphic part:

- Scheme of General Plan 1:500 (1:1000);

- 3d model - Computer models of the photo fixing existing state and local area (montage, perspective, aksonometriya) - 3 pieces;

Cooperation based on trust and contract, an integral part of which is: 
- Letter by the pre-work (Appendix № 1); 
- Specification of the pre-work (Appendix № 2); 
- Schedule the pre-project activities (Annex № 3); 
- Protocol-agreement on contract price (Annex № 4); 
- The act of acceptance of the work performed (Appendix № 5). 

Calculating the cost of developing pre-proposals (investment rationale) is presented and the agreement provides for a customer website.
